About a few months back, I stated noticing some major changes with my body.
I was feeling tired all of the time, I had no motivation to even get on the computer to write a blog post, or even check my email for that matter.
I had some of the biggest mood swings that i’ve ever had, everything I ate would just seem to come right back out, I started having severe heart burn, and honestly just felt like crap 24/7, and never have I ever felt like that in my entire life.
It was later that I found out that I was Lactose Intolerance, I had to resort in being ‘Gluten Free‘, and it was also diagnosed that I had the symptoms of what is known as IBS. It’s funny how your body can let you know when it’s having an ‘off’ day.
So, ever since I was told that I had to stick to being ‘Gluten Free’, I just recently actually started rounding up some of my favorite ‘Gluten Free’ dishes online.
Here are a few favorite ‘Gluten Free’ dishes that stood out to me:
