After so many unsuccessful attempts at trying to lose weight i have finally gave myself a kick up the backside and a really good stern talking to, enough is enough! This time 'I WILL' succeed in achieving my goals.
So a couple of my goals for this week are easy enough or at least should be!
1: Drink more water! I know it's old but it is important and is really beneficial for you.
2: Take up more exercise! I don't do nearly as much as i should and if i am honest i don't do any apart from walking that's it! So definitely need to bring that up a notch!
These goals are realistic and therefore i will be able to keep going, there is no point in setting yourself unrealistic goals as then you have a much greater chance of failing, YOURSELF!
