Happy Friday! I am looking forward to a drier weekend, if you have scene any news around the country you may have heard that MN is dealing with some massive flooding. Please keep all those people dealing with flooding and all those farmers in your thoughts!
It was a really good week of workouts! It had me feeling healthy and strong and I love that feeling. Lot’s of yoga and a mixture of cardio and weights at the gym and one night of BeFit on YouTube and the 7 Minute Workout App.
Sunday: Cardio and Weights
Monday: At home workout with BeFit and 7 Minute Workout App
Tuesday: Yoga Sculpt
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Yoga Sculpt
Friday: Off
Saturday: The plan is to head to the gym before my blog event on Saturday
While I do usually head to the gym or yoga to workout I like squeezing in the occasional workout at home and I already praised BeFit on Youtube but the 7 Minute Workout app is pretty amazing.
- It’s free!
- You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment
What does it feature:
36 body resistance exercises developed and tested by Chris Jordan, creator of the original 7 Minute Workout
· 18 new workouts with more than 1,000 different variations, all rooted in science
· Ability to ‘build your own workout’ guided by the science of the original workout
· A “Smart Workout” feature that utilizes science-based coaching techniques to help make exercise a healthy habit
· Mix and match workouts – with over tens of thousands of fitness experiences
· High-quality video and a dynamic and easy-to-use interface
And if you think these aren’t challenging enough, I was sweating hard during the workout! These types of functional movements are no joke!
