It might be due to an innate fear of math and numbers, whatever it is, Excel does not seem to sit well with most people. However, Excel is an undeniable necessity both in the workplace and in business. I, myself, have difficulty with using formulas in creating accounting sheets for my on business. However, I learned that my fear of Excel is unfounded and a life lived in fear is no way to live! Using Excel can be much easier if you are equipped with enough knowledge and a few tricks up your sleeve.

Look into your network and see if there are any friends or family  who have a template that they can share with you. Whether it is for client database or for accounting, being able to simply add the data can save you a lot of stress in trying to figure out formulas.  You could also look for downloadable templates online.
