Due to a soaring demand for butter and cheese, the EU is heading towards a shortage of the healthy spread this winter.
This is certainly bad news for all butter lovers out there. But what can you do about it? You can either stock up on the golden delicacy, or substitute it for other fats like lard, coconut oil and mayo.
