Today, I have a lovely blue polish from the indie brand Envy Lacquer called String of Lights. I picked this baby up during their Black Friday sale.
String of Lights is a blue base with colorful flakies. It has a good formula. It's slightly thick, but is manageable and opaque in two coats. I added an image from the Pueen 69 stamping plate as an accent.
