Ecosia – Green Search Engine

Imagine if you could help the environment out while sitting in the comforts of your own home, just by searching the internet! Well there are some web sites that actually do just that. Ecosia is a green orientated internet search engine powered by Bing and Yahoo dedicated to environmental sustainability.

Ecosia donates at least 80 percent of their advertising revenue that they generate from their website to a rain forest protection program run by the WWF (World Wildlife Fund). Therefore, every search you perform on Ecosia help contribute to the protection of the rainforests.
