The EAT-Lancet report suggests that we should eat no more than 7 g meat per day. Should we all adopt a plant-based diet?
Furthermore, do you remember what you ate over the last twelve months? Many people can't remember what they ate three days ago.
In this presentation from the Low Carb Denver 2019 conference, Dr. Georgia Ede guides us through the EAT-Lancet report, and exposes the problems with food-frequency questionnaires that much of the science behind the report is based on.
This is our #11 published presentation from the Low Carb Denver conference. We've previously posted the presentations by Gary Taubes, Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, Dr. Sarah Hallberg, Dr. David Ludwig, Dr. Ben Bikman, Dr. Paul Mason, Dr. Priyanka Wali, Dr. Caryn Zinn, Dr. Eric Westman and Drs. Nadia Pateguana and Jason Fung.

Dr. Georgia Ede: They're not really fans of red meat, poultry, eggs... how do they feel about protein in general? "Protein quality, reflects amino acid composition and animal sources of protein are of higher quality, than most plant sources." I completely agree.
