Dude, the Clippers Are for Real ...

[Editor's note: This feature, "Dude, ... on Officially Hoops" is in it's debut on the Website. It's essentially going to be a column or blog where I or another writer on staff will elaborate on a given topic they believe using a unique style of writing. What that style is, I really can't explain. To be honest, it just feels like someone is actually talking to you while you read it. Be sure to be on the lookout for more of these posts and share our articles on the Web!]
Okay, so dude ... the Los Angeles Clippers are for real.
No, really they are.
Why don't you believe me?
Oh, you do?
Well ... ya know; I mean, they've only won 16 games straight and are 24-6.
Have you seen the incredible depth they have? Have you?
Let's take a look at it; shall we?
Backing up Chris Paul they have ... Eric Bledsoe, who has an NBA 2K13 rating of 81 in case you didn't know. Eric, might actually be the best backup PG in the league this year. He's a stud. He's a great athlete. Loves the game. He's tough. And he played with John Wall -- and that makes him cool. (Just kidding on that last one.)
At the two-guard slot they have Chauncey Billups who hasn't been healthy at all yet this year. They have Jamal Crawford who is the poster-child for the NBA's "sixth man." (No, no it's not Jason Terry nor Lamar Odom.) They start Willie Green for some bizarre reason but somehow it makes total sense ... again: they're 24-6, not to mention 21-6 when he starts.

At the three-man they have Caron Butler and Matt Barnes. Both Caron and Matt are extremely tough and well-rounded players. Caron is indeed having a bad year. Meanwhile, Matt is killing it. Hmm ... despite those notations, they're still probably the best small forward rotation in the NBA. Kinda like how the Clippers probably have the best point guard rotation, too. They also have Grant Hill. Remember him? He was really good back in 199-. (Grant is also unhealthy and hasn't played this season.)
Power Forwards: BLAKE GRIFFIN! They also have Lamar Odom -- the NBA's biggest enigma and X-factor -- who is just now starting to play well ... watch out.
And as for the men in the middle, the Clippers bolster a three-pronged rotation. DeAndre Jordan, Ronny Turiaf and Ryan Hollins, all of whom are over 6'11" and are good athletes who are tough and have a knack to rebound the ball.
Yeah ... they're pretty good.
