The Arab metropolis wants to recreate the architecture and atmosphere of European cities. Six artificial islands will be built, among others, air-conditioned streets, replica of the Cote d'Azur, and even special systems thanks to which it will be possible to artificially create European weather conditions.

Dubai is a city that is known for its fantasy, gigantomania, innovation and luxury. Artificial islands and lakes, huge shopping malls, modern metro, the world's tallest building and the most luxurious hotel - these are just some of the elements that make up its landscape. Investors are trying to outdo each other in creating bold objects that will not only be noticed, but also will go down in the history of architecture.
Austrian developer Josef Kleindienst is in the process of implementing a high-budget project: the archipelago of the "Heart of Europe" islands , which is part of the so-called "The World Islands". The whole is created just four km from the Dubai coastline. The construction cost is 3.1 billion dirhams, and the total investment is 5 billion dirhams.
The project consists of six islands: Europe, Monaco, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and Saint Petersburg. The common denominator for the whole idea is the concept of transferring European architecture , historical heritage and lifestyle into the realities of the Middle East.
Based on associations associated with the specifics of European countries, the developer wants to create the opportunity for guests to experience the continental concept of spending free time in conjunction with the boldness and momentum characterizing high-budget investments in Dubai. "Sweden" will become a focal point on the map of the project due to the creation of a replica of the center of a European city with an air-conditioned street, including thanks to the solar panels system. Creation of the Cote d'Azur is planned in the nearby "Monaco" . The entire "Heart of Europe" will be surrounded by around 300 islands.
The plans also include five-star luxury hotels, including the Mont Royal Family Hotel , and fabulous mansions scattered around the islands and floating villas, allowing you to admire the underwater world from the bedroom. The uniqueness of the investment is evidenced by the use of pioneering technological solutions in the form of a system generating artificial rain on "Europe" and snow on "Switzerland" associated with white down. Transport between the islands will be possible thanks to numerous catamarans.

The Austrian investor expects to complete the 'Heart of Europe' investment at the end of 2020.
