Drive-by Shooting in North of Houston Results with One Injured, Undergoing Investigation

Houston, TX – There is open investigation about a drive-by shooting that took place in North Houston.

The incident happened on Saturday, Feb. 6 to the 1700 block of Rushworth Drive. Police officers responded to a 911 call shortly after the shooting.

The first responders found a male victim on the scene with light leg injury.

According to the police reports, the man was shot from driving vehicle, probably Toyota Camry.

There was heavy police presence and the area was closed for a few hours.

The identity of the man shot is still unknown. More details are expected during the day.
