I applied the Maybelline White SuperFresh 12 HR Whitening + Perfecting Compact in Shell on my entire face. On the eyes I mixed few shades from the Maybelline The Nudes Palette to give it a shimmery copper shade. I applied the Maybelline Velvet Matte Lipstick in Mat 6.
Maybelline White SuperFresh 12 HR Whitening + Perfecting Compact in Shell is a perfect matte compact. It has sheer coverage but is quite efficient in keeping off shine and oiliness. Detailed review will be up soon on the blog. Please stay tuned.
Maybelline The Nudes Palette is every makeup lovers dream come true. It is the first nude palette in India, I may be wrong!! Butt the colours are just awesome. As in any other palette, it has mix of very pigmented to quite light shades with minimal color pay off. However, the color options are great,You think of any shade of neutrals and it is there in the palette. The 12 shades can be mixed together to give awesome eye looks, from everyday wearable ones to sultry smoky ones, thanks to some beautiful dark shades. For Rs.899 I am loving the palette.
Maybelline Velvet Matte lipstick in Mat 6 is a very pretty shade, suitable for all complexion. I am not sure why it is called Matte as I did not find any matte effect. It has a very creamy and moisturizing texture and appears as a super creamy lipstick on the lips. I waited for a long time to observe if the consistency changes, but it remained as creamy as before. It has a tendency to bleed which is a downer. But I like how smooth and soft the lips feel. And the shades are very vibrant and opaque.
