We didn't get to dine at Bluebird on our last trip to London so I was excited when I heard that an outpost would be opening up in New York at the Time Warner Center. The sleek brasserie which occupies an expansive, brightly lit space with views overlooking Columbus Circle and Central Park has a modern meets traditional decor that has a somewhat upscale, formal vibe without being staid. There was a live DJ spinning tunes adjacent to the spacious bar when we stopped by one weekend for brunch.
