Daisy Cupcakes!

Today we decided to do a spot of baking as we haven't done a lifestyle post for our blog yet so we thought we would make some cupcakes!
You will need:
-Caster Sugar 8oz-Self-Raising Flour 8oz-Margarine 8oz-4 eggs-Muffin cases
-Icing Sugar 600g-Margarine 250g-Food colouring (of your choice)-Decorations

Step 1- Weigh out all the ingredientsStep 2- Preheat the oven to 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5 



Step 3- Cream margarine and caster sugar until light and fluffy

Step 4- Beat eggs in a cup using a fork 


Step 5- Pour a quarter of egg mix into bowl and cover with a quarter of flour. Repeat until all is mixed in.

Step 6- Spoon the mix evenly into the muffin cases and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes and are golden brown.
Now for the buttercream:

Step 7- Cream icing sugar and margarine in a bowl until light and fluffy  

Step 8- Add chosen food coloring and mix evenly

Step 9- Remove the cakes from oven, place on cooling rack or plate

Step 10- Once cool, spoon butter cream into piping bag and pipe onto cakes


Step 11- Add decorations!
