These houses are a “must-visit” place in Rotterdam. This urban design was developed in the mid 1970s as a very peculiar and picturesque solution to the dilemma of building houses on top of a pedestrian bridge. Impressive? Yes. I always say that in the Netherlands they are very innovative when trying to solve a problem, and this cubic houses are prove of it.
