First thing is to cover your massive under-eye bages, I choose the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda Concealer Palette because of the thick creamy consistency to cover smooth under eyes. I personally don't use this anyway else because the thick formula tends to make my skin look drier. It comes with a light shade, tan shade, redness correcting shade, and a setting powder.
To finish the eyes, curl them, and add a layer of clear mascara. The reason why I choose clear mascara is because if you were to rub your eyes the mascara won't smudge. I also like how clear mascara separates the lashes and adds a simple layer of thickness. Maybelline Great Lash Mascara is what I use to achieve this. Then add a shimmering/bright color in the inner corner to look extra bright, I have a very old Rimmel Eyeliner in Gold.
For lips, I like to use a natural lip-liner to define my cupids bow and under my bottom lip. It makes your lips looking defined and plump. I like to use my Too Faced Perfect Lips Lip Liner in 'Perfect Spice'. Then apply a super aweseome lip balm. I re-discovered my Dermstore Lip Quench for this. It has a light, shimmery baby pink color and has some lip plumping properties. Stay away from the Blisterx, Chapstick, Baby Lips, etc because they don't moisturize your lips. They just create a surface above your dried skin. I like the Rosebud Salve, all time favorite.
