A week or so ago on my way to work I popped into Chemist Warehouse to pick up some sore throat lozenges and ended up walking out with this! I'd had a pretty average day the day before so this was the perfect little pick me up I needed.
Back in April I blogged about my Clarins Wish List. So when I saw this little pack with two of the items I'd been lusting over it was a done deal! The pack retails for $49.95 and alone the hand creme was $34.95 so it was a deal too good to pass up.
The pack contains the following:
  • Moisture Rich Body Lotion 100ml
  • Hand and Nail Treatment Cream 100ml
  • Beauty Flash Balm 50ml
  • Foot Beauty Treatment Cream 30ml
  • One Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser 75ml
  • Hydra Quench Cream 15ml
  • Red Makeup Case

Clarins, like many other skincare and makeup brands is expensive here in Australia. This little pack is a great way of sampling some of their most popular face and body products before deciding if you want to splurge on the full size. I think Clarins is going to be my skincare find of 2012... yes I am that excited about it!
There are two products I have been using everyday since purchasing the kit and I wanted to give you my initial thoughts on the products.
The first product is the Hand and Nail Treatment Cream. This cream is absolutely devine. It is thick and sinks into the skin quickly without leaving a greasy film on the skin. In this cold weather it has really helped to soften the skin on my hands and improve the condition of my cuticles.
The Beauty Flash Balm in an infamous product that I am sure needs no introduction. I was skeptical about this product. I didn't expect this product to live up to the hype but it has. I have been using it as a base each day under my foundation and it really does give this beautiful radiance to the skin. The product has a slight peachy color to it which I find fabulous for giving my skin a little extra glow. It also says you can use this product as a masque. Has anyone tried this? I am going to try to save this product for special occasions or days when my skin needs something a little extra but it's so addictive.
