I am so happy to be starting a lifestyle change. I had a delicious breakfast! My lunch was pretty good too! I haven't begun watching my portions but plan to tomorrow. I really need to get on this! For dinner, I had Arbys! It was so yummy!

I did my 30-minute walk again today! It felt so great to move!

I DID IT AGAIN TODAY! I woke up at 6:30am! I am so proud of myself!

The lovely Brie from Laqing in Creativity is joining me in this journey. It is so important to encourage others and I would love to have all of you join me (even if you aren't a blogger). A: Right now I would have to say, Capsize by Frenship! I love that song so much! What about you? What is one song you never skip?

Today, work was so much fun. One of my coworkers and I decided to put on funny hats and dance around. We were doing a new layout and decided to have fun with it. I am a huge believer in having fun while working. A lot of customers laughed and smiled along with us which made humiliating ourselves totally worth it.

This is going to be life-changing and a way for all of us to support each other in our healthy lifestyles.
