Hi everyone, oh my gosh I’m still shocked that Christmas is in 2 days!! Boy..has this year flown by! If you are still stuck with Christmas gift ideas, this post may be of help to you! Lush Christmas products are something that I always look forward to. Here’s a quick overview of some Lush Christmas goodies:
Sikkim Girls - This body cream is enriched with all sorts of good stuff such as creamy butters, hemp oil, tuberose, jasmine and frangipani essential oils. This cream will leave your skin feeling nourished and smelling great. I love the scent of this cream, it’s a heavenly jasmine scent. If you’re not into jasmine then this might not be for you as as the scent is really strong.
Cupcake Fresh Face Mask – This is one of my favorite Lush face masks. This is not a Christmas exclusive product, it’s available all year round but I thought I’d include it in this post as it’s a pretty delicious smelling face mask. This face mask is great for people who have oily and acne prone skin. The mask contains rhassoul mud which cleanses and lifts away any dry flaky skin. The consistency of the face mask is a thick paste but is easy enough to spread across your face. I use this face mask on my t-zone area to help reduce oiliness, acne and blackheads.
Ponche Shower Gel - This shower gel contains orange juice and a bit of tequila, inspired by the Mexican fruit punch. It smells very festive and fun, leaving your shower smelling amazing. This shower gel will get you into a party mood less the hangover.
Snow Fairy Shower Gel - So many people rave on about this product, so I was very curious to see what it was like. Snow Fairy is a limited edition shower gel and is only sold around Christmas time. It is pink and glittery and smells divine. The shower gel lathers quite well and a little goes a long way.
Rose Jam Shower Gel - The Rose Jam Shower gel is a deep red color. It smells like a combination of roses and berries. The shower gel contains goji berry juice which helps to brighten up your skin.
Santa’s Lip Scrub – If you haven’t tried Lush’s lip scrubs, you are missing out big time! The lip scrubs are made from a blend of oil and caster sugar. To use this, rub a little onto the lips in a circular motion and lick off or wash off. The Santa’s lip scrub is cola flavoured and I’m totally addicted to this.
Santa Baby Lip Tint – Lush has introduced a nifty new lip tint. Made from fair trade butter, extracts of cherries and cinnamon stick to give you a festive pout. My lips are quite dry so before I use this lip tint, I put on some lip balm and then using a lip brush to apply the lip tint. The lip tint goes on matte and is great as a stocking filler.
Snow Fairy Sparkle – Don’t let my photo fool you, this snow fairy is actually quite cute. I think mine semi melted in the hot weather. Snow Fairy Sparkle is actually a fairy shaped massage bar. Like all Snow Fairy products, it smells awesome. Massage bars are solid shea butter bars and melts at body temperature.
Did you buy any Christmas goodies at Lush?
Products were part of a goodie bag from the Lush blogging event. This has not influenced my opinion in any way.
