CHINA GLAZE Neons Swatches (Flirty Tankini, Love’s A Beach, Orange Knockout, Pool Party, Rose Among Thorns)

By Fleurissante

Hello lovelies,

this will be one pretty long post featuring five of China Glaze neon nail polishes from their previous neon collections. When it comes to neons, China Glaze and Orly are my favorite manufactures, since their neons do not need white base coat to show out vibrant. As all other neons, they dry to a matte finish. I have to say that my camera really had a trouble to show the brightness of neon – I tried my best to make the color true to life, but I still couldn’t make them as vibrant as they are in real life.

Let’s jump to swatches.

Flirty Tankini is a shimmery peachy pink neon. It went a bit uneven in one coat, but the second coat fixed it. I used 2 coats for my swatch.

Love’s a Beach (I love this name) is a bright shimmery pink. It applied evenly in two coats.

Orange Knockout is a super bright orange. I’m not a fan of orange in general, but this one is one of my favourites. It applied evenly in two coats.

Pool Party is another favorite – a bright coral pink. It went evenly in two coats.

Rose Among Thorns is a bright coral red nail polish. This one is pretty sheer and changes the depth of colour, depending on the number of layers you use. In one coat it is sheer pink, but as you put more and more coats, the color builds up to reddish coral with pink undertones. I have used four coats for this swatch.

Which one is your favourite?

xoxo Tamara
