What I Say:
After I became comfortable using it, which did not take long, I found that it does all that Jordana says. The formula is great. Once it is on, these liners are not moving until you take them off. Even then some will remain on the eyelid. They don't smudge, they apply easily, and they don't feel heavy. And the pigmentation is everything. For instance, Twilight is GORGEOUS! You don't have to keep going over the same line to build up color; it only takes one or two swipes. The actual applicator is a brush, but at first glance, it resembles a felt tip. The tapered brush makes the liner a breeze to apply, and the bristles don't fray or fly everywhere.
The packaging is great, too. The bottom is clear so you can see the color. The writing on the handle matches the shade of the liner, so there is no guess work required. Also, the handle length is perfect for doing a wing.

You absolutely need to try these. These Jordana liners are every bit as good as higher end eyeliners, maybe even better.
I found these at Walgreens for only $2.99. Can't beat that, am I right?
Jordana is cruelty free.
