Challenge Yourself

Good Morning, friends! As April quickly comes to a close, I could not be happier with my April Fitness Challenge Group! They are such an amazing group of ladies. The amount of support, encouragement, and accountability has blown me away. I am so honored to be a part of their fitness journey! The pounds and inches are coming off with their hard work, and they have truly changed my life.

With all that sappy stuff said, this is my call for May Fitness Challenge Group participants. I already have several people committed, but just a few more participants will help round the group out.

 Feeding My Temple was based on a true calling I have to help others. I don't have a magic pill or a wand to wave to make your pant size or number on the scale shrink, but what I can offer are tools that WORK, accountability, encouragement, and to travel on this journey with you. Many of my April ladies will be continuing the duration of their fitness programs, 60-90 days, so you will be in a group with a few "veterans" who were right where you are...30 days ago. The May Challenge Group starts Monday, May 7th and will give you time to gather your tools.
