Celtic's Struggles (What is Going On?!)

My name is Carlos Camacho and I am a new to officiallyhoops.net. This is my first article and I hope you enjoy them. Basketball is my way of life and I think about it 24/7.
The Celtics have started the season 16-17, a disappointing start, considering that many people expected them to be the 2nd seed in the east. Even though they lost Ray Allen, they added Jason Terry as his replacement and good defenders in both Courtney Lee and Jeff Green; they also drafted Jared Sullinger and Fab Melo. This team looked liked it got better than they were last year but that's not the case. The Celtics are the worst rebounding team in the whole NBA. They are a good defensive team with Kevin Garnett on the floor but when he's off the floor they allow over 100 ppg. Even with these stats nobody expected the Celtics to be a below .500 team. The Celtics are in need of something they have been lacking ever since they traded Kendrick Perkins at center. I believe the Celtics can turn around they're season but they need to make a trade for a center if they want to do it. Rebounding is a huge part of winning a basketball game and there is no way you can win a championship without rebounding. The Celtics should trade for Anderson Varejao or DeMarcus Cousins. These guys could provide what the Celtics are lacking and could boost they're season and possibly making them title contenders once again. With a 16-17 record we just have to wait and see if Celtic's Management make a move.
