Boots For Spring Under $100

Now that the weather is warmer, and it’s looking a lot more like Spring in L.A, i’ve been craving a few pairs of booties. I personally am obsessed with the booties that have fringe on the sides, because it gives off much more of a bohemian look, but i’m also such a fan of the basic booties.
