So I love Cassey. Love her. I have been following her blog and videos for ages and have tired to join in with a few of her exercises (I am rubbish). I recently discovered the app and I am loving it. So this is just a little post asking whether any of you guys do any of the Blogilates exercises and what you think of them. I have never done any proper Pilates before so if you have any advice I would love it.
So this was a totally random post, but yeah I would love some help, what are you favorite exercises for toning up and which are your favorite Blogilates exercises?
