For the past 4+ years I have updated this blog almost every single day. That is a lot of time and effort. As much as I love blogging I need to not do quite so much. I will still be blogging but only 4-5 times a week. My focus will stay the same. I really do live my blog. I am a Midwestern girl who loves fitness, food, travel and wine.
So what will you see?
Recipes 1-2 times a week
Wine posts 1 time a week
Fitness posts 1 time a week
Travel posts on occasion
And whatever else happens to running through my brain!
I have always put living life before the blog but now I will do an even better job of that. Sometimes I don’t take pictures of what I make, there are bottles of wine that go undocumented and I have a pretty set workout schedule.
So I am not going away, just writing 2-3 posts less per week. More time for life, my amazing husband and our two great dogs.
