Better.

No doubt the 1st string offense looked great last night!
1st string D looked real good when Heyward was in, but softened considerably in the run game, once he went out.
Secondary was adequate at the start of the game but steadily worked their way to awful by the second half. Too many big holes in the secondary and some lapses is tackling throughout the game by the D as a whole. Another worry is that we don't seem to be getting to the QB consistently. Some pressure, but not much as far as sacks. The pressure will rattle lesser QB's but nothing short of putting em on the ground will stop the elite QB's we have to beat to get to the Superbowl.
Definitely a lack of depth on the D. It is getting a little better for LB's and somewhat for the D line. Secondary isn't even up to snuff on 1st string and quality depth there, is non existent.
Barring injury, our offense looks like it will light the league up again this year.
I sure hope, Artie comes in a contributes as he improves. If we can get a serviceable secondary and limit injuries overall this year, I can easily see us in, and possibly winning the Superbowl with this offense!
