Clean & Clear is a well known brand. Clean & Clear Oil free Moisturizer is a again a good one at a budget price. It does not make the skin dry and moisturizes it well.

Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer is something that I would recommend too. I have tried this and it really did moisturize my skin. Some days, I apply this on my face as a day moisturizer as it contains SPF 15. It makes my skin look fresh and oil free.
