Behind the Scenes: How to Make Low Carb Simpler Next Month

By Dietdoctor @DietDoctor1

Last week Team Diet Doctor spent three days discussing what to do next and building our team. Want to know what happened?

Here's another behind the scenes post.

What we discussed

Every month we spend three days together discussing important stuff and hanging out. This is important as we don't all work in the same place. To become one team, one organism, with shared goals and culture, these days are crucial.

What did we discuss this time?

The goal for Monday was to better understand what "making low carb simple" means and to come up with ideas of how to make low carb simpler.

Next Month's Priorities

The most important part of the three days is agreeing what to do next to make low carb simpler.

Here's what we agreed:

As you can see, we have three priorities for the next month:

  1. Massively improve the user experience of the membership
  2. Create great keto and low-carb guides
  3. Start taking our member videos to the next level

The items below each priority are what we aim to get done by September 12th. We won't be able to complete everything, but we will work hard to get as much as possible done.

Should we be doing something else? Tell us how we can make low carb simpler for you.
