We all have those nasty dark circles, under eye bags, crow’s feet and what not. Battling the eye area problems is never ending. I too began my fight with cheaper eye creams like Aloe Vera gel, tea mask, Neutrogena but in vain! But a few long months ago Amway, came up with a wide range of skin care products and cosmetics. My mother being a worshiper of this brand gave me the freedom to order whatever I wanted. After going through the catalogue, I must say I was super impressed with the product.

Artistry Essentials Replenishing Eye Creme : Review

Now who wouldn't fall for this! One thing about Amway is that all their products contain natural enzymes and they blend with the body to really give results, and my family has been using Amway since 10 years. I was 100% sure this would work for my dark circles and fine lines.

The website does not mention it but the catalog said it has elements (I do not remember the name) that help in blood circulation and to stimulate oxygen into the skin as we massage the product.
I have used this product for 6 months, twice a day and this is what I have to say ~

What I like about Artistry Eye Creme

  • It gives a cooling sensation to the eyes when applied, so if you are having a tiring day and your eyes need a little energy boost, this will do the job!
  • The product looks small, but you only need a drop for one eye and as you massage, it tends to become liquidier, so 6 months down I still have a lot of product left!
  • Super travel friendly!! :D I love having it in my bag.
  • It has a matte smooth tube packaging, I know it has nothing to do with the product inside, but good packaging always makes me happy.
  • I have super sensitive, oily and acne prone skin, and this did not break me out, it’s very moisturizing.
  • It will kill your under eye bags instantly. No exaggerations, I am not a morning person, and this just makes my eyes bright and I feel awake.

What I don't like about Artistry Eye Creme

  • Price is on the higher side, after reading the full review it’s an individual choice, whether its worth it or not.
  • The packaging is matte and opaque so you can’t really tell the exact amount of product left.
  • It makes my eye area very oily, especially in the inner corner making me look tired and the dark circles are more prominent. So for oily skin this will not be a good option to use before make-up or during day time.
  • It did nothing for my dark circles or the fine lines round my eyes that whole jazz about oxygen and blood flow was false advertising.
  • Availability is also a concern; you can get it through representatives only. I did see an online shopping option in their website but have not tried.
  • Of all the things it claims, it only reduced my under eye bags, no significant difference in my dark circles, redness, fine lines.

How I use it
I wake up and dab this on first thing, then I have my tea and breakfast. By that time my eye bags are gone and my eyes look awake. Then I go wash my face and go on with my regular routine. I again put it on at night before bed.
Final Verdict

It’s a good product, one of the good eye creams available, I trust Amway with the chemicals they use in their product, so it’s a reliable choice of eye cream. Dark circles are something that do not have a permanent cure, but an under eye crème is a must for me to get my eye bags away. I am not sure I will spend 800 bucks on this again; I will try some more eye creams.
