I have been trying out this De Stress Muscle Bath Oil recently and it has just made me fall in love with the brand even more.
This is a gorgeous bath oil that contains Lavender, Ginger, Rosemary and Coconut oil which eases stiff muscles, helps circulation and softens the skin.
I work in retail and I am on my feet for at least 9 hours a day so at the end of the day my legs and feet often ache. This has been fantastic for those evenings when my legs are stiff and I need a long bath to relax. My muscles feel soothed and the lavender helps me feel calm and is great to use right before bed to help me drift off. Also this oil leaves you with the softest skin, there is no need for moisturiser after.
I highly recommend this if you work on your feet all day or if you exercise a lot, your body will thank you for using this.
This retails for £39 on the Aromatherapy Associates website. It is a 55ml Bottle that last for at least 20 baths. I think it will last me longer though as a little goes a long way.
