When life gives you apricots, then you should make apricot and pineapple jam.
You heard the old adage when life gives you lemons you should make Lemonade? Yeah well, I was willed a whole boat load of apricots from a friend and I wanted to do something with them before they went bad. I froze some and I decided to make this wonderful jam. I am blown away with the combination of apricots and pineapple. It is a match made in heaven. When you make this you will be looking for ways to enjoy this jam. I think you are going to enjoy it as much as I have.
