One day, in 2012, I went to a marriage retreat. It was so awesomely beautiful where I was, I forgot how to simply “be”.
I was surprised by the sunrise.
Sunrise has a way of doing that to you. It comes so subtly, and quietly, and then you just look, in awe.
Yet, I really have to sit still with it.
I make wishes. I smile…
And then, I breathe.
Long…and Deep.
And after I breathe, I breathe again…
And feel.
