Excitement.... OVERLOAD!
Q1 - Hi Leighton! As a beauty blogger who regularly uses and promotes your brand, how would you describe your relationship with us bloggers? I always appreciate anyone who uses my products, and bloggers can have such wide audiences and create so many great styles. It’s nice knowing that I can be a part of it.
Q2 - You've come a long way in your life. What important advice did you receive along the way that helped to pave your way to success? I'd say one of the best pieces of advice I've been given is.... The sky's the limit when your heart is in it! so I only bring products to market that I 100% believe in, if I don't believe in it then I cannot sell it and I've stuck by this motto throughout my career.
Q3 - You've released a book! What can we expect to find in the book? Without giving too much away I'd say the basic message throughout the book is... You only fail at anything when you stop trying to succeed and my life is testament to this.
Q4 - Where did your passion for nails come from? I always wanted to work in the salon environment but it took a little while to find my calling... as they say! I did courses in massage and beauty therapy and even a stint in hairdressing before specialising in nails for a good while, but it just goes to show that any training you do in the early years is beneficial to you later in life, these courses I did helped me to understand the whole beauty industry and this gave me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and try new things, since the Leighton Denny Expert Nails brand launched I've also launched Sun-Believable Expert Tan and Lip Dual Expert Makeup.
Q5 - Rumour has it, you're releasing a new perfume in September... What can we expect from it? is it a mens or womens perfume? Yes it's true! I wanted to create an Eau De Parfum with an edge but still have a provocative blend of femininity. It had to be a scent that women would love to wear and that men would adore on them. LIGHT & DARK is a powerful mood enhancer and the perfect tool for seduction.
