My experience: I am not fond of high coverage makeup and look for products that have sheer coverage and gives a luminous complexion. Oriflame Giordani Gold Sheer Powder is a perfect choice for me as it never feels cakey on the skin. It glides smoothly on top of foundation or if paired with the Oriflame Giordani Gold CC Cream. It is available in 2 shades- Natural and Light. I found the Natural one matching my skin tone now as I have a tan currently. I would have loved some more shade options for duskier skin tones. 
Oriflame Giordani Gold Sheer Powder has a classic packaging. Although I am not that fond of the puff applicator, it is great if you apply with a brush. I like the natural looking finish it gives. It brightens the skin and makes the skin look glowing. Another thing that I noticed is it makes the appearance of large pores much refined. The silky formula never dries out the skin. The skin remains shine free for 4 hours indoors but while outside you need to reapply it.
