Flu season is in FULL SWING. Yes, FULL SWING.

When I was traveling to Ohio over the holiday season, I just so happened to catch the last thing that was on my mind, The Flu.

I haven’t been sick in over a year, so I semi forgot how bad it really felt to have those nasty little flu symptoms catch up to me, and did I figure that as soon as the plane landed back in Los Angeles, I would only start to feel beyond miserable.

Being stuck inside the house for over 5 days has had its fair share of ups and downs, but it really helped me figure what’s curing this nasty sickness, so I figured that I would share it with you guys.

1. Oatmeal Bath

My favorite is “Aveenos Oatmeal Bath“, when I don’t have the time to make my own.

2. Clean Juicing-Eating Clean

 Getting the right amount of daily greens while you’re sick is a perfect must.

 3. Your Daily Dose Of Herbal Tea

My favorite is by Peppermint Tea & Mint Majesty from Starbucks

4. A Good Read And A Lot Of R & R

For being stuck in the house for over a week, my favorite has been “Something Borrowed“.
