3 Ingredient Healthy Pancakes!

Just a quick post today to share with you my 3 ingredient pancakes. I'm currently trialling the paleo diet for health reasons which cuts out grains and so I have been experimenting with recipes. I've been struggling with what to eat for breakfast but these pancakes are quite good so I may make a big batch and freeze them so I have something quick and easy in the mornings!
3 Ingredient paleo pancakes 
1 ripe banana, 2 eggs or 1 egg and 1 egg white, 1 tsp arrowroot flour,
Mix/mash/blend everything together and fry in a non stick pan with a bit of coconut oil. Serve with fruit & almond butter and then enjoy! yum :)
