21 Best Snacks For Your Tennis Bag

I am a big believer in (1) having snacks available during my tennis matches to keep me energized, and (2) bringing my own snacks to matches because I've been the victim of a snack table of nothing but Easter candy. Not that there is anything wrong with Easter candy (I love Peeps!!!), but candy is often not the kind of refueling I need when I play tennis.

So what are the best snacks to have out on the court that are completely packable in your tennis bag? Well, here's my list of 21 of my favorites. These are snacks that are good for you, will not melt in your bag, and will keep you moving on court during the longest of matches.

BEST SNACKS FOR YOUR TENNIS BAG:

  1. Pretzels
  2. Veggie Chips or Sticks
  3. Cracker Packs
  4. Small Flavored Crackers (like Goldfish or Cheez-Its)
  5. Vanilla Wafers
  6. Graham Crackers
  7. Animal Crackers
  8. Granola Bars
  9. Cereal Bars
  10. Carrot Sticks
  11. Celery Sticks with Peanut Butter
  12. Apples
  13. Orange Segments or Slices
  14. Bananas
  15. Grapes (especially Frozen Grapes)
  16. Berries (in resealable cup)
  17. Fruit Chews or Leathers
  18. Sports Jelly Beans
  19. Drinkable Yogurt
  20. Cheese Sticks (String Cheese)
  21. Nuts and Seeds (Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds)
