Loved not only this diet but all the information that goes along with it.

It certainly takes faith to follow this diet after 30 years of being told to eat a low-fat diet. I lost one stone (14 lbs, 6.5 kg) in two weeks. After the first three days, I had found suitable snacks for myself, although at the same time I no longer needed the snacks. I'm now converted and hope to lose more weight, feeling very positive.

I am 74 years old and have dieted for 60 years.

I lost 10 pounds (4.5 kg) in the first two weeks and was shocked.

I come from a long line of relatives who have fought weight gain their whole lives. I have a very hard time keeping my weight where it should be without starving. I started this thinking "OK here I go again." I lost 10 pounds (4.5 kg) in the first two weeks and was shocked. I have now started on the next phase and am excited to see how it goes. My doctor will be thrilled since he has been trying to get me to try the keto diet (or low carb) for years. First, I would like to say how impressed I am with the diet and the amazing results I have experienced!

I am moving into the next phase of the meal plan where I assume that breakfast meal is replaced by a bulletproof coffee. I am diabetic and I am concerned with that my blood sugar may drop too low. What is the best way to deal with this issue? Can I supplement a handful of berries if needed and still stay on track with the diet? I am dedicated to the plan as I have lost 21 lbs (9.5 kg) and 4½ inches (11 cm) around my waist. Thanks again for your help!

I'm 47, female and live in the south of England.

I've struggled with my weight since my early 20's, tried Weight Watchers, Cambridge diet, and Slimming World, all with an amount of success, but after the initial push, I lapse back to my comfortable ways. I have a tall lean and very active husband, who eats huge portions of food and is the same size today as the day I met him, 27 years ago! My portion control has never been correct.

I've done two weeks on keto, seems to fit well with the lean family as I just add carbs to their plates.

I've done two weeks on keto, seems to fit well with the lean family as I just add carbs to their plates. Nine pounds (4 kg) off and I don't think I've ever felt more satisfied on a diet plan than I do with this one. I'll carry on for more weeks and see how I go.

I'm a bit worried about a girls-holiday I'm going on in October. All inclusive in Portugal. I haven't had an alcoholic drink on this plan and don't know how it's going to affect me. No carbs in gin!

We'll see.

Thank you for the support, daily emails were great.

Kind regards,

Nicola

I am 65 years of age, female, and have retired from teaching at the end of last year.

I suffer from back-injuries, and due to medication and it's side effects I have gone through a major session of deep depression, as well as gaining weight.

Thank you for a lovely inspirational diet-plan, I will recommend it to any friend.

A friend, who is a doctor, suggested that I try the free 2-week challenge, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The recipes are so interesting, and while I am not very keen to shop for extra food, I found it very easy to adapt to another meal. I am not a huge sugar-lover, so it was easy to cut back on cakes, etc... I do miss the bitter chocolate though.

I live in South Africa.

Thank you for a lovely inspirational diet-plan, I will recommend it to any friend. I feel great, and I have lost 1.7 kg (4 lbs).
