Water is Your Best Friend

Getting seven to nine hours of sleep a day makes a tremendous difference on your health. You will reduce your risk of obesity and depression. According to theNational Sleep Foundation (NSF), getting enough sleep also helps you learn new skills more easily and maintain your mental focus. On the other hand, not getting enough sleep can lead to dangerous situations, such as driving while drowsy.
Use Protection
Overexposure to the sun’s harmful UVA and UVB rays can damage your skin and cause a host of problems, including sunburn, changes in skin texture, dilated blood vessels, and skin cancer. You can’t always stay out of the sun, but you can do your best to avoid exposure between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., when the sun’s rays are strongest. You can also protect your skin when you're outdoors by wearing sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher, a hat with a large brim, and other protective clothing.
Eat Your Veggies!
Your mother knew why she told you to eat your vegetables when you wee a child. Vegetables are rich in micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) that are essential to your health. Plus they have a cleansing effect on your body because of their alkaline pH.

Last but not least, don't give up. Sometimes you will loose track of what you set out to do and fall back into unhealthy patterns but use
