Who does not dream of a perfectly sculpted body? You can achieve this by adopting a healthy, balanced diet, proper hydration and targeted exercises. Learn how to have a flat stomach in just days!

Here’s how to have a flat stomach in 10 days:

Day 1
On this first day, go for a breakfast consisting mainly of fruit and / or vegetable, 2 boiled eggs and a cup of tea without sugar. Then start your diet slowly, by simply avoiding junk food you replace with natural foods. Remember to drink plenty of water for hydration and stimulate your metabolism (between 1.5L and 2L per day).

day 2
Throughout the day, eat 6 small meals consisting only of fruits and cooked vegetables. And add to your daily water intake 1 glass of water mixed with 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar.

day 3
For breakfast, you must eat foods high in carbohydrates (honey, fresh fruit …). For the rest of the day, opt for fruits and protein foods (lean meats, fish, eggs …). And try to make a long walk (at least one hour).

day 4
Prepare an omelet with 3 egg whites for breakfast. And for other meals, take chicken soup, fruits and vegetables. Try to make crunch (exercises for the abdominal muscles) as you can.

day 5
For breakfast, take a small glass of milk fat (preferably goat’s milk) and dried fruit. At lunch, opt for salads and fruit to provide essential carbohydrates to your body. Practice sit-up for at least 10 minutes to tone your abs, and drink plenty of water!

day 6
Prepare an omelet with 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites and peas for breakfast. During the day you can eat chicken, fish, fruit and vegetables. You also need to increase the number of sit-up and crunch.

day 7
Start the day with a breakfast of chicken breast or turkey and tomatoes. At lunch, opt for dishes based mainly on vegetables and fruit, and keep your body well hydrated throughout the day. Practice aerobic exercise for at least 15 minutes.

day 8
In this eighth day, eat vegetable based meal, do not miss fruits and drink enough water. Practice at least 30 minutes of swimming to strengthen all the muscles in your body.

day 9
For breakfast, eat an omelet with whole wheat bread. For other meals, opt for nutrient-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables, legumes, meat and fish, among others. Secondly, you must practice exercises (crunch, sit-up, aerobic exercise, swimming …) with increasing frequency.

day 10
Keep a balanced diet, drink lots of water and take a walk for an hour to burn fat. Promote the consumption of foods rich in carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables rich in fiber to promote the feeling of satiety. A diet rich in low glycemic index carbohydrates promotes weight loss. Indeed, higher the glycemic index, the lower the passage of carbohydrates in the blood occurs gradually, resulting in a moderate increase in blood sugar. This is accompanied by a feeling of fullness that lasts longer.
