Raw or unprocessed spinach is loaded with carotenes, amino acids, iron, iodine, potassium and magnesium, Vitamins A, C, K, E and B complex. The minerals found in this vegetable are alkaline in nature and helps balance the pH level in your body.

One way to consume raw spinach is "spinach juice" and it has countless health benefits. And as we can not drink pure spinach juice, we can add different combination of fruits or vegetables to give nice taste to these Green Juice. Peel lemons and core apples.Juice everything in blender.


1 large cucumber
8 stalks celery
1 handful kale
1 handful spinach
1 handful parsley
1/4 lemon (with rind if organic)
1-inch piece ginger

Wash all the greens with clean water and juice everything in blender.
