Zopper, India’s largest hyper local mobile marketplace, today released the revamped Zopper app at the Zopper Bloggers Meet. The event, which took place at The Royal Plaza in New Delhi, was organized to allow bloggers to interact with each other and to provide insights that could be helpful for improving the Zopper experience and service quality. The event was attended by several prominent bloggers and media personalities.
The latest version of the app features several improvements upon the existing framework for additional user convenience. The Zopper app now allows users to search product by model no, category or brand to find out the best local prices for any product on the go from nearby trusted stores within the blink of an eye. The app even allows user to request for price quotes from nearby merchants who usually respond within minutes of getting a lead. The app can also be personalized by entering a few details, which would then allow it to recommend products based on customer preferences and shopping patterns. Users also have the option of buying from the app itself, avail cash on delivery or even visit the nearby store to experience the product and then buy.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Neeraj Jain, Co-founder & CEO, Zopper commented, “Zopper has always strives to provide the urban Indian consumers with the maximum benefits that can be derived from our omni-channel approach. With this latest version, we hope to streamline the data flow and provide our users with a superlative browsing experience. Moreover, with improved framework and customizable options, the app will turn out to be a great tool for fulfilling customer’s shopping requirements.”
Zopper has been pioneering an omni-channel approach in India, integrating the ease and convenience of online shopping with the familiarity and trust factor of the traditional brick-and-mortar shops. It is present in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Kolkata and plans to expand its services across 30 Indian cities within the next 12 months.
