Zahira College Colombo held its annual prize giving for 2021 and 2021 on December 20, at the College’s Ghafoor Hall.
National Institute of Education Faculty of Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences Deputy Director General Dr. Darshana Samaraweera was the chief guest.
The Best All Rounders for 2020 Jazeel Ahamed and 2021 Atheeq ur Rahman received the N.D.H. Abdul Ghafoor Gold Medal with the Deshamanya Prof. M.T.A. Furkhan Challenge Cup and Brigadier A. Ariyapperuma Memorial Challenge Cup from the chief guest.
Egyptian Ambassador Maged Mosleh, Zahira College Board of Governors Chairman Fowzul Hameed, Old Boys’ Association President Alavi Mukthar, teachers, students, parents and Old Boys were present.
