The menu has a few new additions, like the Japanese Pizza and the Banoffee Sushi, a few appetizers and dimsums, some fun bottles, and a couple of other dishes. I started my meal with th
eir dimsums which are a real treat. No matter which one you order, you can expect only bangs and bangs of flavor. TheirPrawn Hargaois as smacking as this dimsum can get. Chunky prawns that are the best part about it.Chicken & Chilli Oildimsums were something I tried for the first time. The dried chilli that weren't that spicy, on a bed of chilli oil vinegar and a stuffing of chicken, made for some delicious flavourful dimsums! I can't decide if this one was my favorite or theCrystal DuckDimsums. Slightly sweet, such soft duck, in a translucent coating- simply mind-blowing! It almost melted in the mouth. There are 5 accompanying dips at Yum Yum Cha to go with your food, and these were the perfect dips to complement my dimsums. Sweet, spicy, ginger-y, not that spicy, pungent- they have dips to suit all kinds of taste preferences.Tried the Sushi Platter, and chose Dynamite, Volcano and Alaska sushi. Salmon with spicy mayo and prawn tempura in the Dynamite one- my absolutely favorite here and a must order each time. Alaska and Volcano were equally delicious. With tempura flakes for the crunch and crab as the filling, the Alaska sushi is something I tried for the first time. Volcano was with tuna and scallop with spicy mayo, that's my favorite sauce in their sushi (can't help the inclination towards my spicy palette). Their Sushi Platter is a complete delight! 12 pieces of sushi and you can choose any three from the menu.
I tried the Japanese Pizza because wanted to try a new addition on their menu, but it wasn't as appealing as I expected it to be. A thin crisp tortilla base with toppings on it, and no cheese (because it's a Japanese pizza). The topping of Peking Duck in hoisin sauce with micro greens was too dry for the pizza. Maybe I should have gone with the tuna one and have liked its moist texture to go with the pizza. The pizza was crisp but that flavor going with a pizza wasn't right for me.
Their fun bottles are delicious and the flavours are really refreshing. Their Thai Orange and Kaffir Lime is my favourite, and a close second is the Watermelon and Mint. Coco Colada is a new addition in their menu, and that's really not my cup of tea. Maybe coconut lovers go gaga over it.
One of the finest, most consistent and amazing restaurants in Delhi NCR. Their food is to kill for, and the service is very prompt. The servers know the menu and know their stuff really well, and the pricing is great for the food you get. A must try!
