During the special operation ‘Yukthiya’ conducted by the Sri Lanka Police and its Special Task Force (STF) in 24 hours, the following quantities of narcotics were seized.
The narcotics that were seized had 142 grams of heroin, 95 grams of crystal methamphetamine (Ice) and 1,650 narcotic pills.
A total of 836 suspects have been arrested during the operation.
