Your Dentistry Office Speaks to Your Patients; Do You Know What It’s Telling Them?

According to dental office design expert Dr. Mark Tholen, regardless of your dental expertise and clinical ability, the success of your dental practice does not depend on your diagnostic and treatment skills, but rather on your how your patients perceive your competence.

Dr. Tholen suggests that the dental office, among other things, is a communication tool, a giant billboard that all of your patients view each time they are treated, and you should treat it as the personification of your “marketing” program.
