Today, I shall have some Yam popsicle 芋仔棒冰 as the weather became so hot and humid once again. This weather is giving me constant migraine, really wish we are not so near the equator.
300g yam, steamed250g water50g milk
50g coconut milk200g brown sugar
20g Potato starch, (A little water to mix)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in A and using a blender, blend until smooth.
Pour into frying pan and add potato starch solution and cook until thickens.
Pour into ice cream mold and let it cool.
Freeze for 6 hours.
