Microsoft made it official this week and, at least here in the United States, XBOX One will launch on November 22nd. That’s a week after the Playstation 4′s November 15th release date if you are keeping track.
So, two new consoles being released a week apart, means that many of us are going to have to choose between one or the other for our holiday dollars. The last time around I chose the Xbox 360 over the Playstation 3, but ended up buying a PS3 when the first slim model came out. After that, the PS3 became my main console. This time around I’m sticking with Sony and getting a PS4, money and my wife willing. That doesn’t mean I won’t end up getting a XBOX One, but it will not be this year.
