Xbox division boss Phil Spencer has once again said that he apologizes for the issues that Halo: The Master Chief Collection players are facing, along with reasserting 343 Industries’ drive for fixes.
Speaking on Twitter, Spencer said that, “I apologize for the issues. 343 Industries is 100% committed to fixing and make it right for fans.”
Halo: The Master Chief Collection launched in mid-November and though its campaign was as strong as ever the multiplayer aspect faced a number of issues. There have been a couple of patches, but more is still to come.
